Tel Aviv to have buses during the sabbath

Recently, a decision was made to have buses in Tel Aviv run on the Jewish day of fest, the sabbath, as well as during the week. This won't make Tel Aviv the first city in Israel to have buses during the sabbath, but in most parts of Israel, there are no buses on this day. (Mini buses, or the moniot sherut as they are called in Hebrew, already run on the sabbath)   It is, however, not clear when the buses on sabbath will start running. We will keep you updated of course!
